Dr. Ethan Gordon on Regenerative Agriculture

I had an amazing time with the Institute of Ecological Agriculture. I learned so much; they are all such interesting people. It's a shame I didn't get to interview all of them. In this interview, I feel there was so much to dissect in such a short time, while listening, I tried to take notes but just found myself too engaged in what he was saying to put pen to paper. Each of his answers was so well thought out, and he was very adept at making such a complex subject digestible. Dr. Gordon had a very different approach to talking about Regen Ag, a very human perspective, which is exemplified perfectly in his closing analogy. Although agriculture can be a very technical field, it is also something deeply rooted in culture; it is people's lives.
