IEA Knowledge Circles for Regeneration
IEA President, Dr Ethan Gordon, introduces the IEA knowledge circles. These are theoretical and practical bodies of knowledge relevant to regenerative agriculture. The knowledge circles are used to discern where key professional development and learning opportunities might be for applicants to the IEA's accreditation community. The accreditation is a community of educators and consultants in regenerative agriculture upholding shared ethical and professional standards for quality of work. The knowledge circles are a non-prescriptive foundation for buildings skills in regeneration.
